Reception Package

For up to 350 guests | Full Day starting at $4,500+

(Pricing varies based on date, guest count, bar package tier, accommodations, and seasonal availability)

For couples planning the full experience, our Reception Package offers exclusive use of Nature Valley Lodge for a seamless event—ceremony to celebration—all in one day.

    • Private venue access from 10:00 AM–11:00 PM

    • Use of indoor and outdoor event spaces: garden, ceremony arbor, lakeside upper terrace, lakeside lower terrace, main lodge, catering kitchen and farmhouse

    • Tables, chairs, dishware, and bar stations

    • Ceremony and reception set-up access

    • 4-person golf cart with NVL escort for the wedding couple and photo ops

    • Standard cleaning included

    • 1-hour rehearsal on Thursday, based on availability

    • Required 4-hour hosted bar (priced separately)

    • Guest end time is no later than 11:00 PM; all cleanup and vendor departure by 12:00 AM

    • Early venue access may be added at $100/hour with approval

    • Pricing varies based on season, date, and year

    • Additional venue enhancements and lodging upgrades are available

    • All food must be provided by licensed, full-service professional caterers (no homemade or self-serve food permitted)

    • All accommodations are just minutes from the venue, offering convenience, comfort, and space to relax throughout your celebration.

Micro Wedding Package

50 guests | 12 hours | $3,275 + bar selection

An intimate celebration without compromise. Our Micro-Wedding Package is ideal for couples seeking a more personal gathering without the scale or expense of a full wedding weekend.

    • Private venue access from 11:00 AM–11:00 PM

    • Use of indoor and outdoor event spaces: garden, ceremony arbor, lakeside upper terrace, lakeside lower terrace, main lodge, catering kitchen

    • Tables, chairs, dish ware, and post-event cleaning

    • Use of catering kitchen

    • Required 4-hour hosted bar (priced separately)

    • Up to 50 guests included

    • Standard wedding pricing applies for 51+

    • Available Mon–Thurs year-round or within 7 months of your desired weekend date, based on availability

    • Due to the condensed format, no time extensions or farmhouse access

    • All food must be provided by licensed, full-service professional caterers (no homemade or self-serve food permitted)

A beautifully simple way to say “I do.” Designed for couples who want a scenic, no-fuss ceremony with time for portraits, our Elopement Package provides exclusive access to the venue’s most photogenic areas, perfect for those looking to keep things elegant and effortless.

Perfect for couples seeking a destination-style wedding without leaving Northeast Ohio. Our Wedding Weekend Package gives you exclusive use of Nature Valley Lodge and close by lodging for a full three-day celebration from Friday rehearsal to Sunday farewell.

    • Reception Package with Saturday full-day venue access (10:00 AM–11:00 PM)

    • Friday venue access for 8 hours, including a one-hour ceremony rehearsal and an opportunity for a professionally catered welcome dinner

    • Sunday venue access for 8 hours, an opportunity for a professionally catered farewell breakfast/brunch

    • Vendor & Set Up access beginning Friday

How we host weddings at Nature Valley Lodge

  • Beverages & bar: All beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are provided through our bar packages. For dry events, we still provide full non-alcoholic service. Outside beverages aren’t permitted.

  • Catering: You choose the licensed and insured full-service caterer you love. If you’d like suggestions, we’re happy to share a trusted preferred-vendor list.

  • Planning & flow: We provide layout guides and timeline support. For receptions, a seating plan is required to ensure smooth service and guest comfort.

  • Vendor freedom, with support: Choose the caterer, planner, and creatives you love as long as they are licensed and insured. We coordinate access and logistics to keep planning simple.

  • Property care: Exclusive-use booking includes clear setup windows and venue guidelines to protect the lodge and grounds.

  • We host everything from intimate elopements to larger celebrations of up to 350 guests. Ask us about ideal layouts for your guest count.

  • Yes. Choose the caterers, planners, and creatives you love, as long as they are licensed, full-service and insured. No drop off service. Food trucks are still required to have servers for clearing tables and clean up. We provide planning tools and layout guides to make setup easy.

  • Yes. You can choose from five package options. Package pricing is per person.

    Package price includes 6.5% tax and 15% service fee. Review package details on the Beverage Options Page.

  • No. All alcohol/beverages must be purchased through our venue drink packages; outside alcohol is not permitted. Choose from four curated options, including the Lake Package for events without alcohol.

  • Yes. On-site parking for 200 plus vehicles, with valet service available as an upcharge.

  • You will have an elegant indoor plan in the lodge. You can also look into covering the ceremony and garden area. The client is responsible for setup, teardown and all associated costs.

  • We are about 25 minutes from Akron and 20 minutes from Canton and 5 minutes off Route 21, with straightforward access from Cleveland.

  • We are now booking 2025 to 2027. Contact our team to check availability, request a quote, or schedule a tour.

  • Yes, but all tenting must be arranged through a pre-approved vendor. The client is responsible for setup, teardown, water barrels, lighting, and all associated costs.

  • • Private access to all indoor and outdoor spaces

    • Saturday Weddings: Use of farmhouse pre-ceremony for doing hair/make up and the overnight accommodations for the wedding couple

    * Getting Ready Rooms (2) for pre-ceremony use, catering kitchen, garden terraces, ceremony arbor, walking path around the lake and parking area

    * Farmhouse access not included with Friday or Sunday rentals, Elopement or Micro-Wedding Packages

    • NVL will create the room layout with you based on your specific event needs and set up the tables & chairs.

    • Flatware, dishware, and water glasses are available for your full service caterer to use

    • Post-event cleaning (excluding décor, vendor trash, or excessive mess)

    • 4-person golf cart for photo/bridal transport (with NVL escort)

    • Optional valet services available for a fee

  • Yes! A 1-hour Thursday rehearsal is included at 5:00 PM or 6:30 PM for our Rehearsal to Reception package.

    The venue is included for rehearsal use & indoor set up on Friday with our Wedding Weekend Package.

    • Upon Booking: $2,000 non-refundable booking fee at signing

    • 9 months before: 100% of venue rental due

    • 3 months before: 80% of bar package + taxes/service charge due

    • 14 days before: Final bar balance and guest count due

    • Post-Event: Any additional charges due immediately; refunds processed within 10 business days
