  • Professional catering kitchen for licensed caterers (no potluck, drop-off catering, or homemade food)

  • Event setup and standard cleaning

  • Optional hosted bar packages: (4 tiers), from non-alcoholic to premium service; bar staff, setup, and glassware included in package pricing

  • Climate-controlled comfort year-round: central AC, heated floors and full-power backup generator

  • Ample on-site parking; valet service available as an upcharge

  • On-site accommodations for multi-day retreats or early starts

    • Weekend dates (Friday to Sunday): you may book your corporate event within 5 months of the event date.

    • Weekday dates (Monday to Thursday): you may book as early as you like.

  • The Farmhouse: Situated right next to the lodge, sleeps 6 guests.

    • Ideal for executive teams or keynote speakers, this charming 2-bedroom home is located just a short walk from the main venue. Includes a full kitchen, spacious common areas for pre-event prep or post-event debriefs, and private outdoor space for unwinding between sessions.

  • Smucker’s Country Cottage: Sleeps 10 with games and hot tub.

    • A favorite for team bonding, this 4-bedroom cottage is equipped with pickleball, bocce, foosball, pinball, and more. Great for post-meeting play or hosting casual mixer nights. Includes a hot tub, indoor games, and open-concept living space.

  • Sherwood Park Ranch: Surrounded by nature, sleeps 12.

    • Tucked away on a wooded lot, this 6-bedroom home offers comfort and quiet for larger groups or leadership teams. With a pavilion-style porch and direct access to our 23-acre nature reserve, it’s perfect for morning walks, fireside chats, or small-group brainstorming.

  • We’re in North Lawrence, Wayne County, Ohio, just about 20 minutes from Akron and Canton, and an easy trip from Cleveland.

  • Up to 350 guests. Standard rental is 5 hours (1 hour setup, 3 hour event, 1 hour cleanup). Additional time can be added with approval.

  • Indoor and outdoor spaces (lodge, upper and lower terraces, lawn), remote microphone and speaker system, tables, chairs, bar stations, dishware, catering kitchen for licensed caterers, event setup, standard cleaning, and ample on-site parking. Valet Service is available for an upcharge.

  • No. All alcohol/beverages must be purchased through our venue drink packages. Outside alcohol is not permitted. Bar staff, setup, and glassware are included with packages.

  • We’d love to show you around Nature Valley Lodge and help you envision your special day here.

  • All events must leave with their decor and personal belongings, and the venue must be left in an orderly state. However, Nature Valley Lodge takes on the responsibility of tearing down tables & chairs, and cleaning the venue. We are not responsible for tearing down tents or any items brought to the event by the guests.

  • Yes! Cash bars are available upon request.
