TERRACE PACKAGE
Where the celebration begins to bloom

The Terrace Package builds on the Garden experience. The addition of
1 signature cocktail, along with the selection of 2 domestic beers,
2 wines, 1 seltzer, and all of our non-alcoholic refreshments.

BARN PACKAGE
Full bar experience, warm and welcoming

The Barn Package offers a complete bar experience featuring a full range of classic cocktails, including 1 signature drink, a selection of 3 domestic beers and 2 wine options, 1 seltzer and all of our non-alcohlic refreshments.
- It’s the perfect balance of variety, quality, and comfort. Gives guests everything they expect from a great celebration.

LODGE PACKAGE
Elevated, personalized, and unforgettable

The Lodge Package includes a complete bar experience featuring a full range of classic cocktails, including 2 signature drinks, a selection of 3 domestic beers, 1 craft/import beer, 3 wine options, 1 premium ready-to-drink option and all of our non-alcohlic refreshments.
- Designed for couples who want to create a truly elevated guest experience.

From the first toast to the last pour, every detail is crafted to feel seamless, refined, and memorable.

• Package price includes 6.5% tax & 15% service fee

On average, guests will consume 5-7 drinks during a wedding.

Cash bars are an option that can we share details with you about.

Example: wedding with 180 guests 
- 175 of the guests are of the age 21 and up, they will all be marked under the alcohol package that you select 
- 4 guests that are of the age 5 to 20, they will be included in the Lake Package (non-alcoholic beverages) &
- 1 guest is of the age of 4 and under, they will be in the Toddler Package (no charge, but still included in your overall guest count)

Security Requirements:

• For events with 100 or more guests where alcohol is served, security is required. Nature Valley Lodge will arrange for Wayne County Sheriff officers to be present. Their requirement is two officers. The security fee, determined by the Sheriff Office, will be added to the event invoice.

All beverages, non-alcoholic & alcoholic are to be purchased through NVL.

Additional time may be added in a 30-minute or 60-minute increment for an extra fee, subject to event timeline approval. All bar services will close 30 minutes prior to the event’s end time.
